The food is admittedly good, but the workers are rude! They talk to you with no manners. The place is Rated B for sanitation which is disguising, even though it is not that low it is still unsanitary. The food take 45 minutes to make and they don't even call you when it is ready they expect you know and then throw your food out if you aren't there in a 30 minute time frame . They will also blame it on you. SO they are not helpful, rude, and long for just ordering your food. But the food is good and if you order delivery the drivers are extremely nice. :) ps I called for one of many mix up with my orders, and the female manager was so rude to me about everything. I sadly couldn't get a name if I did I would've typed it. This isn't the first time she's been rude either, not just to me, but to my family. When I ordered once, I was in the car and my sister went in to pay with my debit card. She would not allow her to use it even though we had the last name, and I was just in the car. She looked at me and told my sister to leave and get me. I went in and she was still rude. I have been a loyal customer, but just the past 2 years i have been offended numerous times. Let's just say I won't be returning back to wing zone until changes have been made.
Food was disgusting. Lemon Pepper sauce was watery and not sticking to wings. The cool ranch fries were disgusting as well. Don't order! Overpriced nastiness.
Delivery is always fast and the customer service is excellent. The food is second to none I crave there food all the time.
We decided to order here for the first tonight..yep will never happen again. I can't complain at all about the service..the guy that took my order and the delivery guy were both very nice. The food however was enough to complain about. ..the chicken tenders were great but very small..the fries and bread were barely warm and the hamburger was far from fresh. We didn't get any of the condiments we ask for hamburger or fries. What upset me more than that is when I called the manager and he acted as if he didn't care. If u go here I suggest you go inside don't do delivery, the food is probably much better!
I stopped by while waiting on a friend who was shopping next door. The guy at the counter said it would take ten minutes but it only took eight. The wings I ordered were fantastic, just what I needed. The two workers there were very nice. The service and the wings were really good. I'll take wing zone over McDonald's any day.
