Worst KFC i have ever been in the staff had no gloves on and was handling peoples food they had no soap in the dispensers in the bathrooms so how did they wash their hands the wait time is horrible and they got my dads order wrong their kitchen was filthy and so was the dining area i won't be coming back here and i would advise anyone visting biloxi to not come here either i saw one of the cooks handle the food bare handed and threw it in the fryer even the manager for the nightbhad no gloves on i ate my food cautiously if i could give zero stars i would worst service evr
Upon entering we were ignored asked several times was anyone working the frying counter only to be ignored and when a young man walked up to the counter he looked at use and kept moving returned back and say what y'all want. At that point I stated you know what we really don't have to be here and walked out my husband followed but the young man made a statement that draw my husband back in and he asked for corporate number the manager came out and took care of us but it should not have took the manager to come out and do there job.
This facility is dirty. Bathrooms need a lot of attention. Urine on the floor tissue on floor in ladies' restroom. Floors in dining area need to be swept and tables need to be cleaned.
Needed some sweet tea in a pinch for the big dinner and KFC came through. Very good too.
Bad service. Left out part of several meals not just mine. Manager didn't seem to care. One cashier and lined up manager didn't help. Drink machine out of more than one kind of drink. Had to ask for condiments. Greasy chicken
