Very poor. Ribs were nothing but fat and way over cooked. What meat was there was burned. Everything was super low quality in general. The only thing ok was the crab. At $32.99 and considering 30 minutes in line its one of the worst deals around.
I had been eating here each time we came to Biloxi and most servers were polite and tentative. Tonight our table was assigned this older lady named Candy (Candi?or SourPatch instead) and she was beyond rude! I hate to say this but she was clearly exhibited racist behaviors. She were only tentative to other table with Caucasian customers while our table and the other Asian and non-Caucasian customers were left neglected. When she finally decided to come around, she basically used her fingers/nonverbal at al to ‘signal’ us to give her the empty plates. She never even bothered to bring us the wine refill (we paid for the beverage upgrades). The bartender (he has been here since we came since 2009) did better job than her when he saw we finished our wine and placed refill for her (which she never bothered to bring over. My husband went and shown the bartender the paid receipt to pick them up himself). When she came around the second time after 30 min when we request refill for the kids, she basically threw the drinks down and said ‘okay’?! I then decided to go to see a manager and tell him about this crazy lady. He immediately knew who she was!!!! We were reassigned a server that we had before which was professional and courteous. I just don’t know how many non-Caucasian customers this lady has been rude/abused prior to tonight but I want to make it known that her behavior was not ‘OKAY’. This place are filled with diversity group of patrons and to have this person here would not be a wise decision unless she is given some ‘training’ on how to serve other than her own race! I am a business owner and I have to say ‘Candy’ failed miserably beyond F and I would give the bartender and the second waitress an A+ for stepping up. The bartender along would deserve a good raise for his hard work always each time I came.
The brunch is way better than the dinner buffet of you aren't a seafood fan. My family comes there just about every Sunday. So many choices. Definitely worth the money. The breakfast food is by far some of the best I've had at a buffet.
One of the worst casino buffets that we have been to. Expected crab legs, but they wait to take our money and then inform us that they only have this on Saturday now. Found out they stopped a month ago. They should post that info at the start of the line. We thought ok; the other food will do. Highly disappointed. Of the things that we tried: Shrimp was mealy and fell apart like they were old. Pork chops were tough. Veggies looked and tasted over cooked or had sat awhile. Only thing positive: the salad bar, the fried chicken, and the little lemon and coconut pies were good. And a couple of the hostesses and wait staff that served us were friendly. Overall, if you want a buffet, go to Golden Corral for over half the price.
The past 3 times I've been there the bacon on the breakfast buffet has been raw! I've called this to the attention of the staff and they are quick to get a serving for me and put it in the microwave, but that just makes it tough. Why not cook it properly the 1st time?
