The rate increase for transient dockage is out of line its insane almost 300%. We cruise often from Louisiana to Florida and have stopped here in the past at $1.00 per ft. This is not a five star marine and it’s not in the Keys or Miami. I'm not sure what the owners are thinking here. Maybe it’s to keep out the average cruiser or they need to increase revenue from the 1%er’s with deep pockets.

It’s said to think that most business owners raise prices to increase revenue, when they should be offering competitive pricing, outstanding service and amenities to attract customers. Instead they jack up their prices, cut services and amenities. Then in a few months they go out of business wondering what happened.
Good luck staying in business with revenues from the 1%er’s.
We always get on the Beechwater 2 and Jokas Wild boats here when leaving for our charter trips. Love the food selections within walking distance and being able to park in the Golden Nugget garage while gone.
Don’t they realize that a little bit of something is something and that all of nothing is still nothing? Well they will be getting all of nothing from us.
