One star is too generous. The location was not even open until 5.
The man who owns this shop is such a wonderful person! Had us in and out in minutes! And notified us when his son would be taking over so we wouldn't walk in and not know who was in the office. Rented trucks from him multiple times and would go back, and refer friends and family to him!
I helped my friend move and she used Budget Rental. The truck was clean, ready, we picked it up at the agreed time and the customer service reps were quite helpful. The only issue was that the charge to the credit card at truck return was not correct. When the issue was reported, the correct amount owed was applied and the credit was promptly refunded.
Price was the lowest. Customer service was pretty good.
Parking lot was good. Truck was very clean. Ran great from biloxi Ms to Christiansburg VA. When we picked up the truck the computers were down. Inside was a little disorganized. The man working there who looks like santa Claus was very nice and helpful. He gave us the newest of the trucks.
