The "lavish landscaping" is total BS. It is rundown and shot looking. The parking lot doesn't have lines anymore and it was supposed to be a gated community, but it's open for whomever to come in past the office as they please.
There were stains on the walls and carpet. Holes in the doors. Paint sprayed all over the windows because they didn't tape them off. It stunk in our unit too.
The property is covered in dog poop and cigarette butts. The maintenance men I've seen from my window go out with buckets to pick things up with, but choose to sit in their golf carts for about thirty minutes then move on.
A dryer in the building we are connected to caught fire because of poor maintenance by the staff.
Bridgewater Park and Timber Creek are owned by the United Apartment Group. They kept my sister $400 security deposit for one mini blind broken. When my sister requested them to email her the itemized statement after she moved out, Michelle (the manager) refused to email my sister the statement. My sister called Debbie about her $400 security deposit, Debbie said they are not owned by the same company. Watch out for Michelle and Debbie! Michelle at Timber Creek kept the people's security deposit money. Debbie is her boss and ignored our problem. Beware!
Absolutely disguting. Completely unclean. Staff are s**t. My sister was forced out when she still had 90 days on her notice. Desrves to be shut down for good.
This place is a joke. The managers have no idea what they’re doing or what is even going on half the time. They’ll charge you for your water bill and send an extra notice out with a lower charge because they don’t know how to look at paperwork. If you go to them with a problem and actually make them do something, they have an attitude and try to threaten you. Example as in, they sent us a letter renew our lease, (which we are not doing because this is the devil’s hole) bless you if you move out here and waste your time, but then when we went in to ask her a question, she stated “oh by the way I’m not renewing your lease because your son” which was then question what he had done and all she said was “you should’ve got a letter at your door” which we did not. Never have. She never even tried to contact us. So when we told her that was fine we were moving anyway she replied with “have fun” you better believe we will because we are getting away from this nasty unprofessional place. What this place needs is new management. Good luck to the future tentants, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the hell you’ll endure here.
I'm sure at one point this was a nice complex. It's just a skeleton of what once was. Did I mention that our kitchen floor is peeling up too? Yeah. I feel bad for putting my family in this place but we needed to move and this was the only place open for rent at the time unfortunately.
This place is DIRTY. When my wife and I moved in with our 18 month old about eight months ago, the unit was filthy. Even after waiting a day for it to be cleaned.
My washer and dryer have had constant problems but the maintenance men come and look at them, shift the machines around and then just leave.
If I had one word to describe Bridgwater Park Apartments, it would be Disgraceful.
My washer right now is broken. It leaked all over the floor. The ladies who run the office are pretty difficult to get ahold of. They will lock the door when they see people coming on regular business hours just so they don't have to deal with us.
Very nice apartments very convenient location to. I-10 and very nice swimming pool
