The Inns of Keesler was decent. Staff is always courteous and understanding. Didn't have availability during my most recent visit but the process was easy.
The Inn was comfortable however it got cold the night I was there and the air didn't work at all the only option I had was to keep the cold air running because there was no hot air and I was very uncomfortable but other than that it was an enjoyable experience. The rooms are very nice as well
Staff is friendly and helpful. Units are clean and stocked with dinnerware and toiletries. Took 1 star off because I was planning to bring m y 2 bulldogs because of what was noted on the website and was told by whatever staff member I reserved with told me that pets weren't allowed but when I opened the unit I saw two large dog carriers and bowls. Other than that, great stay.
My wife stayed at the inns of keesler and thoroughly enjoyed her stay there. She had a queen size bed and private bathroom, living room area, and a full kitchen with sink, stovetop, oven, microwave and full sized fridge. The only reason she wouldn't give a 5 star review is that we have two dogs and during the call where she made a reservation she asked if dogs were allowed to stay with her, she had their immunization records and it also says pets are allowed to stay in tlf. However, the person reserving the room told her that pets were not allowed. Suprisingly, during check in, the woman at the front desk asked if my wife brought the dogs which she told her no because it was discussed over the phone but when my wife opened her room, she saw that the room was pet friendly with dog bowls and two dog carriers, one extra large and one of medium size. She was very upset and will take the necessary steps to make sure she can bring our pups next time she visits.
This place gets a bad rap, but the inn keepers were very nice and the room was too. All of base was within walking distance.
