tried to rent from them, paid a 700$ deposit and a 200$ pet deposit on a place i wasn't allowed to go into. but had good faith in them. asked when we could move in but was told the place had to be painted and cleaned. i called and kept in touch but they would never tell me a move in date. then Dorathy (the lady i was dealing with) told us one thing, and her boss another. when they did finally call us we were told it would be another 900$ to move in. with 11 days left in the month they would not pro-rate the rent. two days prior to this i had called them with the rent in hand but they couldn't give me a date, so i had to pay on our current apartment. so when they finally did call i asked for them to set it up for the first, and was told "we have other people looking to move in there sir. we can't hold it for you." even after i had paid my deposit the boss lady is trying to strong arm me. so i asked for our deposit back and was told we had to wait. worst business skills EVER. do not rent from them. run, run fast.
Great prices but for a bargain comes some down grades on expectation. These are on great properties but.....management is not the nicest and eviction notice comes quick . One day passed rent due you'll have a 3 day notice on the door. Just be clear with management on expectations and try to find a middle ground. Don't expect to be treated like the most important thing but they are fair on most things. If management responded with more compassion this business would be booming. Love the place, the property, and the location to everything.
