Terrible customer service. I sent my ring off to be repaired, never got a phone call saying they had it back. When I called to check on it all I got was excuses and that they did have it. They wouldn't tell me how long they had it back either. Will not be using them again ever.
The Staff is very polite and the manager will go the extra mile to treat you like a personal friend in getting items sent off to get sized and cleaned. I just moved to Biloxi and have always used Zales . We will use this location for future purchases for the customer service alone.
