Amazing Jewlery Store!!!!
Went here to have my future wife's ring sized down. We went to pick it up and it had a "V" where they did the work and had to complain enough for them to rebuild the area. A few days later she went to go clean the ring and one of the diamonds fell out. They didn't check the prongs to make sure the setting was tight. Took it to zales to have it fixed and they have to fix one setting and replace the stone in the other. 80 more bucks. Will not go hear again and will not advise anyone to have work done here. They do have a nice selection of Jewelery though.
Best Jewelry store on the coast! I go to Traditional to buy all of my jewelry. I bought my husband Movado watch from Jesse, who is wonderful and very helpful! For Christmas last year my husband got me an amazing pair of diamond earrings, for a wonderful price. I love that they are able to custom make jewelry, as well as repair jewelry in house. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
I and a number of my friends go here for all our rings, necklaces, and watches. The prices are fair and the quality is very good. This is a local business and they do repairs, battery replacements, cleaning all in house. Worth the visit.
I'm very disappointed with the customer service of Traditional Jewelers, They don't keep record or files of what they sale to you, I'm trying to find more information about the piece of jewelry that was bought for me and I live no where near them and they are requesting that I bring it into them to find the clarity and see how much it appraises for, also Ive had to have the prongs tightened 3 times no other jeweler will clean it or even touch it, I've only had the ring two years, I must say I will never purchase from them again, I will go with a much larger company that keeps files or records of some sort.
Incredible jewelry store! I was very please with the customer service and knowledgeable sales associate and jeweler. It took me a while but, they helped me find the perfect ring! I also special ordered my fiance's ring and they were able to customize it to be exactly what I wanted and something that's one of a kind. Great place that I highly recommend.
