Great experience until a gold team registration employee named Shirley Moore raised her voice in a very hostile manner towards my 100 percent disabled father. Very rude and unprofessional on her part.
This place sucks the only thing I can say is the grounds keeper at the cemetery does a nice job. No body knows what is going on or has time to call you back. It's the main part of three centers. I think the worst of the three is Mobile, AL. I went to turn in my prescriptions from the choice program and was told I needed to talk to the coordinator (could not get in touch with) then told to talk to eligibility who knew nothing, then to pharmacy by phone which is Biloxi who said drive to Biloxi, MS to turn the prescriptions in. I'm glad I have glad I have gas money to drive from bay minette, Al to mobile, AL, to Biloxi,MS to get nothing done because they close at four.
My Dr appointment always on time
I am a U.S. Army vet and have been going to the VA Biloxi for 7 years. I can't say enough good things about the courtesy, professionalism and quality of treatment from everyone there. I remember the first visit I had at the Women's Clinic and my doctor spent over an hour just asking questions and learning about my health history and concerns. That would NEVER happen in a civilian office where the doctor rushes in and out. I have never had a problem with getting the care I need in a timely manner by qualified professionals. The medical complex is beautiful, clean and well organized. Thank you, VA--I highly recommend you to my fellow vets.
