a close family member of mine was having pregnancy complications. They let her stand at the receptionist desk bleeding for 5 minutes. When they finally brought her in a room the bed was broken. They had her insert the 'tools' to check her cervix with HERSELF. Then had the audacity to ask her did she intentionally cause bleeding! She is bleeding internally and instead of trying to figure out the problem, they sent her home to possibly miscarry on her own. This is the worst hospital EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow awful services every step of the way. Slow to get you back, even with an infant struggling to breathe and then slow to discharge. Over two hours sitting in the room and no one has even come in to check and see how the patient is doing. I told them the lady screaming at the top of her lungs is scaring my daughter and the response was "That's what you get in an ER at 230 am." Nevermind the fact that I have been trying to get out of here for over two hours. They can't seem to get my discharge paperwork together but 5 of the staff just got together to go smoke and then came in laughing about the fact that they all stink?!?! The respiratory therapist came in here smelling like she just had a smoke too, go figure. Worst medical care by far. I am in the medical field and there is no sense in this. Rude, slow and very unprofessional. Did I mention this hospital is disgusting and lacking basic supplies?

Racist hospital, if you Black/African American or Hispanic (any melanin in your blood) don't dare go there. Low class, no compassion, pathetic, under experienced. My niece had a pull up on, the Nurse Practicioner came into the 2nd ER waiting room to speak with me. I was in the process of changing my nieces pull up because she had leaked thru her under garment into the seat. This lady told ask me, did I want her to come back? I told her she neede to do what she had to do. This in't a hospitality state anymore. It will be forever grass root racist. It was night shift on November 18, 2017. They were slow like we MS changed states with NYC. Pathetic, no test were done, was told two prescriptions were being written, only left with one. I only clicked on one star to write review. I am going higher than this review. I also asked for something to clean my nieces urine up and nurse practicioner stated we'll take care of it. It was a filthy place. I bet they treat their dogs/pets better. They never sent environmental service to sanitize anything. Another patient came into this 2nd triage waiting room and sat right next to me in the invisible germy urine spot. I told her what happened and she eased away into another unsanitary seat. They need to be stopped. They registration nurse was overly sarcastic, inconsiderate, and only doing job for. $$$. I had to tell the. Nurse Practicioner about my disenchanted feeling toward the RN. I dealt with four people and I received negativity, lie, and straightbs from all four to some degree. It was a sad occassion. Even sadder for my 2 year old niece who had to truly suffer from the poor healthcare. America isn't a third world country so why give third rate service. Will not return even with gunshot wou d to head notice the only good reviews are mostly from people of Anglo Saxon descent. I had to tell the admissions nurse not to call me baby. Her mind was so incompetent she had to ask me after 3 minutes what my name was again. I told her this is my niece her name is( ) and my name is ( ). I was telling her to stay focused on my niece. I had signed documentation. Her intentions were not pure. She was a poor excuse for a white woman in wSouthetn MS. If I took out the time to waste time on this review. I will place my time not to be in vein to report the incidence to compliance and the government.Be blessed healthcare isn't what it used to be and it aint got anything to do with Obama care. Peace and love

Rude staff except for one solitary nurse who was doing what she could to make my cousin comfortable. Wait times for labs, procedures, and results are ridiculous, even when the place is empty. Doctors seem like they don't care and don't want to be there. Bedside manner is a joke, and God forbid you have questions! Don't leave anyone you love in their "care!"

Slow and incompetent. Losing doctors orders and lab results are just the beginning. I highly recommend finding somewhere else if you have a serious or emergency medical need.
