After my desktop died i called a few places to feel out my options. The folks at Rogers' did some light troubleshooting over the phone (other places didn't bother), were professional over the phone and in person, and were able to see my equipment right away. I was in and out with a working machine in under an hour, and for what was definately a fair price. They also explained the most likely cause of failure so i could monitor it and prevent it in the future.
The tech at the store was very polite, very professional and offered me free advice. Was impressed enough that I will go back if I have a problem with my smartphone.
Brought my desktop PC in, and they had the power supply replaced and the PC back up and running the same day. Great service, great price, and very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.
