I had to give up caffeine, so I have to drink decaf. I ordered a decaf coffee this morning on my way to work, and it was only lukewarm by the time I got to work, then cold ten minutes after that. I called to complain about it and the manager argued with me that she saw them make it and demanded to know if I had waited too long to drink it, then told me that I was being nasty when I got offended by the question. When I get a decaf coffee from the walmart gas station it stays hot for at least thirty minutes, how dare I expect Starbucks to do better than that?! The worst part, I tipped a full dollar on a $3 coffee that I could have gotten for 97 cents at walmart instead. Shame!
