We enjoyed our stay!
Right on the beach! Great place to vacation at
I requested and reserved a 3 bdrm. The staff worked with me as we were running late and my son needed to check in. The condo was well appointed and large. I didn't feel that the floors had been properly cleaned (we had three children with us 2 who crawl) so I found the vacuum and to my surprise the bag was busting at the seams. It was so full that the front cover of the vacuum could no longer clip closed. I looked for extra bags and even resorted to trying to clean out this overfilled one but I could not salvage it as it was too full that it even backed up into the vacuum itself. I'm surprised it did not catch fire. After seeing this vacuum, I was even more concerned about the cleanliness of the carpets. We notified the front desk and lo and behold they brought over a new vacuum. We needed more towels and they delivered them. They are very accommodating and customer service oriented. The property was lovely, the beach was very nice. The parking garage stayed wet and we even saw a lady slip and fall. I would stay again. I would highly recommend- every place will have issues, it's the on site folks that make the stay enjoyable and worthwhile. I applaud them all - thank you for making our vacation a success.
