I visit this place as often as possible. I live close around. There are walking track places to sit and read a book, fishing pears, a boat launch and places to sit and look over the water at sunset.
A quiet nook on the water for fishing, sunning or simply looking out over the water. Not very kid friendly since there's no fence on the side walks, but the boardwalks and pavilion areas are perfect for the beautiful sunsets and sunrises the bridge way is known for. Construction is currently underway to expand the park. I'll update once I know more.
Beautiful and they are building a new restroom area so it's a great place to put your boat in the water!!
