While shopping for quotes to purchase a home, I received a quote from them. I called to ask about lowering the designated contents they placed without asking me the limits I had in mind. A man named Richard, sternly told me their company does not insure for less than 30% of the policy and then kinda scoffed and said $30,000 would not even cover my kitchen. Being shocked at how rude he spoke to me, I just hung up the phone. I've shopped home insurance before and lost everything in Katrina. This IS NOT my first go round. So he assumed I didn't understand insurance and talked down to me. Will NEVER insure with a company so rude, no matter how cheap they are.
