I shopped for new living room furniture for 3 weeks - and finally found exactly what I was looking for here - which means nothing. Yes - they had a great selection, but so did every place I looked. Aside from finding what fit my needs was the service - Shawn was amazing! She let me look through the store at my pace without a high pressure sales feel. Once I found what I wanted, purchasing was a breeze. What I feel truly made her shine was the "hiccup" that occurred on delivery day. She truly jumped through hoops and went above the call of duty to ensure my deadline was met AND did it with a smile! She made the difference between this store and others I visited. Ask for Shawn when you are shopping here and I know your expectations will truly be exceeded!!
The staff at Furniture Mart was amazing. They have good customer service, they know their information, and was exermly nice and very patient with me. I have never shopped for furniture and didn't want to make any hasty decision. They waited on me and was very kind. Mrs.Shawn the women who helped was very nice and she took the time to explain things.

No associates to help us. Has a large selection and cheaper prices, but the furniture is definitely a cheaper quality. A lot of outdated styles.
I had my furniture arrive to me in a timely manner. However the warehouse did not supply my hardware for both of my bedroom sets and a knob was missing on my dresser. A good tip is to check your furniture while they are here and let them take pictutes as well as yourself. One of the delivery guys didn't seem too happy and the other was okay till we had to check everything. I seen one of the mirror boxes was bent and taped up and so I asked the guy was my mirror okay he said we can check I say yes because I didn't want them to think I anything once I put everything together. I did felt like he was rushing me while checking them because the guy open one set and before I could get done looking he and went down stairs to open the others without me. And as I checked the last boxes while he was opening the last few of them he was rough moving the empty boxes and as i was still checking he's done already and back up stairs taking pictures before I finished checking the other items. Don't let them make you feel rushed because of that I didn't even get the hardware for my beds. And he told me that they would call me about the knob to let me know when they would drop it off or I could go to the store to pick it up.
Mr. Jack the manager at Biloxi FM was soo very helpful. He went far and beyond to help me get my screws and knob for my dresser and bed sets. He had them set out to me right way so that I could finish my beds the same night. He took the time to make it right and Mrs.Shawn his employee got them to me right away. So thank yo both for great service.
Because all items should be included and ready to go when a customers have to put together there items and the delivery people should not rush you and would want to make sure you have everything before they leave. And not be upset for having to so their jobs.
As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Our saleswoman was friendly, warm, and more than helpful. She was patient and extremely informative. I must’ve beckoned her 5 times, but each time she was just as pleasant as the first! The couches we found are top-notch and perfect for our family. But again, I must elaborate on Shawn! She made this shopping trip an easy and successful one.
Because of how great my service was in the store during my purchase and how great they were after needing their help again I give the STORE a 5 star now WEARHOUSE AND DELIVERY GUYS I give them a 3.
I was left with calling the store in Biloxi as to figure out how do I get my screws because they rushed me.
This place is awesome! The staff are courteous and very helpful! Any question you have they will answer it! I recommend this place to anyone!
