I came in to talk discuss flowers for my wedding after getting good reviews from a friend. However, you would have thought that I had bothered the people in the shop. I know little about flowers, but if I am willing to pay good money for a service, one would think that they would do everything to help and get my business. Instead, I left extremely discouraged and upset. Terrible customer service!
My bridesmaid bouquet! It was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, patient, and kind. I went in there not knowing exactly what I wanted and they helped me get an idea. Would recommend.
I live out of town and wanted to send flowers to funeral, on a Monday. But on Sunday, the Mississippi gulf coast was scheduled to be hit by a hurricane. I called 4 florists who were not interested at all in taking my order, and tried to dissuade me from ordering from them. 'No guarantee', 'you can't predict the weather', 'if I have power and can make it, I'll try...', is what the others would say. But my 5th call was to the warm and welcoming people at The Flower Basket. They told me they would make it work! Thank you guys very much.
