I might be able to give more stars if I had actually had the service that I paid for. My appointment was scheduled for 7, at about 615 I received a phone call stating that the massage therapist I was scheduled with was running late and my appointment would need to be pushed back to 730. No problem. I got to GCMMSpa at about 720 and the lady at the front desk said she was calling my massage therapist. No answer, but about 10 minutes later the therapist called back and said that she had hurt herself and wasn’t going to make it in. Ok. I understand that some things are out of our control. What happened next was in full control of the girl at the Desk. She basically blew off the fact that my appointment was being missed, not offering a refund or to reschedule. I had to ask her about getting my money back because my service had already been paid for. She said she wasn’t sure how to do a refund. She ended up calling a gentleman who asked me why I couldn’t do my massage with the girl that I was talking to at the desk. Wait, you mean she’s a licensed therapist and didn’t offer to do my massage? Not once did she offer to reschedule my appointment or to do the massage herself. They then asked me to cancel my appoint online, which I refused to do because I felt like it would make it look like I had canceled the appointment when in fact it was GCMMSpa that had canceled it. Poor customer service, poor management of time, and poor people skills added up to me walking out of GCMMSpa without my massage and without an appointment for a different day. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the way this went.
What an Amazing Spa, The Prices are very affordable. When I seen how low the prices were I was a bit hesitant. Seriously where else can you get a great Massage that starts off at $50 for 60 minutes.
My wife and I went to the Gulf Coast Mobile Massage Spa recently and were very happy with our experience! Our massage therapists, Ruth and William, were highly knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive to our needs. From quality of service to pricing, this is the best all-around massage place that I have encountered. I highly recommend them!

The therapist I had was very knowledgeable and it was the best massage I ever had. I'm canceling membership at Massage Envy. You don't need a membership at this Spa. It's an everyday low price with. Not only that I can go shopping after my service, just cause it's located in the Biloxi Mall
Their was a small error with my scheduled time and it was completely taken care of:) I had a great deep tissue massage. They even got me in for the massage the same day I called:)
Nice and cozy. Great price as well.
