After learning I needed to be seen by a specialist I was referred to Dr. Schrock. The front office staff were very helpful and easy to deal with and got an appointment set that fit my schedule very quickly. The office is very clean and modern. Dr. Schrock's assistants were kind and quickly got me back to a room and kept me informed of the process. Dr. Schrock went over my case with me and discussed options and together we picked a treatment plan that we both agreed on. I felt like I had a say in my care. He was very professional through the entire experience and multiple times informed me of progress while working and checked to see that I was doing OK. His office has been very easy to follow up with and my teeth fee great! Thank you!
Dr. Anderson is approachable and friendly and his assistant Summer is the best! He has given me confidence in my smile again and I thank God for him.
Dr sherock performed a gum surgery and a root canal to clear up a bacterial infection right before I moved to Denver. 15 months later of religiously taking care of my teeth the same infection came back. I reached out to his office to get info on what I should do and the receptionist told me to go to someone here because it wasn't there problem anymore. I also asked Sherock to call me so I could get details for my new endodontist and he never returned my call which was pretty standard for him during the process. Long story short this office has no pride in their work and don't care about you like they try to make it seem. I would recommend you going to New Orleans for a big procedure if you live on the Mississippi gulf coast.
I was suffering from an infection and pain throughout my mouth. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Schrock examines my x-rays and determined I needed two root canals and a possible extraction. Dr. Anderson performed my root canals, and the procedures were not only painless, but almost pleasant considering the circumstances. The entire staff went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with a scary surgery. They turned something I had been dreading into worry free afternoon in a chair. Hopefully I won’t need their services again (floss!), but if I do they definitely have my business.
