Horrible customer service!!! Went to the Gulfport location the lady messed the hat up went to this location put in my order left come back 30 min later was told the lady would be back to do the hat and 45 min later was informed the manager “went down the street” which was supposed to add a name to my hat and the machine was down???? Horrible!!!!
