Mr John and his crew at Firestone on Pass road in Biloxi provide some of the best customer service I've ever seen and mechanics are top notch and treated my old Dodge truck like it was thier own ,with 160,000 miles it feels and drives like a new truck ,at a very reasonable price .
John showed qualities that are hard to find these days - he paid close attention to what I needed & wanted & was patient even though there were other customers that needed to be taken care of. When I had another issue with my vehicle, he was not hesitant to come outside & take a look to see what was going on rather than just "taking my word" on the phone. Very understanding & I am just overwhelmed with joy to find genuine & caring mechanics!!! God Bless!
