Reserved a car for 2pm...got to the Enterprise desk at 1:45 to find a nice sign saying the worker is out to lunch...at 2:15 the worker returns to tell us that they are out of vehicles.
Everything was excellent ie: the service, the young lady that took my reservation, the young lady that filled my order of course the car was very nice. The GPS was not so great that i rented. The service person had to sign on my phone GPS for me to have navigation services.
The company representative that assisted me with my rental was top-notch and one of the most friendly people I had met while in Biloxi!
It was a weekend and they were busy but the lady working was awesome. Even though she the only one there and had to multitask, we were done in 5 minutes. Definitely would rent again even if we just wanted a car there just in case.
Horrible company. Car was beat up and they had no other ones.
