Very courteous from the salesman, the receptionist and all the way up to the sales and F&I manager. The customer service from the moment I pulled in was wonderful. Dean kept in contact with me providing me with updates about the status of my repairs. He answered all of my questions with patience and he resolved my issue in a timely manner. Dean never told me what he could not do but stressed what he could do to resolve my issue. This place is awful. Terrible service. They do not disclose what you will not get with your vehicle. Once they make the sale, you are dead to them. Service is awful slow. Be prepared to wait upwards of three hours for simple things. Avoid this place like the plague.
Have had work done on all our vehicles here since 09 and bought 2 new vehicles here in the last 3 years. Some sales reps are a little pushy and some are laid back. My preference is laidback cause its easier for me to make a decision on a particular vehicle model right for me.
