Go to the gulfport tax collector. I wouldn't trust this place to do my tag or registration.
This place and the people working in it should be ashamed to do this rather than help someone in need!!
I stood in line for an hour and a half only to be turned away because the computers turned off at 5pm. 12 customers in front of me and 2 customers were turned away because the clerk "Didn't know how to complete the paperwork" and the third clerk had to get a tutorial over the phone for another customer.
I need to speak with someone because I moved and they are sending my title to the wrong address. They refuse to answer the phone, after 30 minutes of calling and being sent to voice mail every call started going to their voicemail automatically, meaning they blocked my number or unplugged their phone rather than help me.
I don’t even know why this place has phones. They never answer.
Gave me the incorrect mailing address, never answer the phones, system is 30 years behind compared to other states, the whole state is an inconvenience on assisting the community properly. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE.
My receptionist was extremely helpful and was able to help me despite being near closing time.
